Eye Physicians of Marlborough was founded by Dr. Karalekas in 1999 after she left the UMass Department of Ophthalmology and acquired the practice of Dr. Norman Wald. She was joined in 2005 by Dr. Yeomans. They moved to the current, expanded, state-of-the-art office at 65 Boston Post Road West in 2006.
The enlarged and updated office allows for onsite retinal consultations and treatment by our part-time retinal consulting practice, as well as a complete offering for laser procedures and ophthalmic imaging. With the addition of Dr. Liu’s advanced cataract surgery and corneal/external disease consultations in 2024, our commitment to, and advanced offerings for Marlborough and surrounding communities has never been more robust.
